Peterson Elementary has had a lot of fun over these last few days. We hosted our second annual Haunted Hallways on Saturday. What started last year as a last minute backup idea when the weather turned bad has quickly become a Peterson classic. Representation from our Fire Department, MILPOL, and many families were present. From what I could tell, everyone left with a load of candy and prizes. Our hallways were full and our office received a lot of positive feedback that we shared with everyone. Thank you for attending and/or supporting this event.
Halloween was another fun day as well. Our annual parade was attended by many parents and family members. This is a tradition that helps to support our message that families are welcome in our school and that we are all here to support our students together. Thank you for enjoying this fun time together with us. Hearing the cheers and seeing the kinders walk by with big smiles was amazing.
